Inspired by Dr. Seuss

One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish.

Black fish, blue fish, old fish, new fish.

This one has a little star. This one has a little car.

Say! What a lot of fish there are.

*UPDATE*

I also painted some green eggs and ham the day after!

Come to think of it, this makes it my 3rd Dr. Seuss inspired painting after designing the Lorax Bunch!

Both Dr. Seuss recreations were appreciation gifts that were given in lieu of thanksgiving season.

The Lorax and His Mustache

I had the pleasure to watch The Lorax last Thursday. For the most part, I enjoyed it. The conclusion could have been more developed, but otherwise I enjoyed the songs they sang and cute forest creatures! With over 70 movie promotional tie-ins and posters in every major corner of town, it’s hard to not miss the orange face with the giant yellow mustache. So it became that the mustache of the Lorax joined the crowd of many other famous pop culture facial hairs.
